The 2026 Hiking Weekend will be Saturday, August 22nd-Monday, August 24, 2026
Join us for another fun filled SRSFL Hiking Weekend in the Truckee area. Saturday, August 22-August 24, 2026. Make sure you mark your calendars and sign up. You will find a link to the online application at the bottom of this page. There is no fee for guides unless they are staying at the hotel or having dinner with us Saturday or Sunday. If you are staying at the hotel your fees are due by August 10th. Your application and any trip fees must be received on or before that date. To receive a refund you must cancel on or before the August 10th. For Guides and Volunteers a fee of $260.00 for double occupancy, (an additional charge of $200.00 for a single room) will secure your space at the Best Western. For those not staying at the hotel, dinners on Saturday and Sunday are $30.00 each. If you plan to stay in Sacramento on Friday, August 21, 2026, lodging will be at the Hyatt Place, 10744 Gold Center Dr, Rancho Cordova, CA 95670. Your cost will be $75 for a shared double room and $140 for single (includes continental breakfast). If double occupancy indicates a roommate preference. We are looking forward to seeing all of you.
