Sierra Regional Ski for Light is offering a 3 Day Winter Event on March 14th- 16th. We are also offering a possible February 21, 2026 Day Trip. Please read this entire page before filling in the application!
Our Skier Application Form is an online form! There is nothing to download. Simply click on the link below, read it carefully, fill it in fully, answering all questions and click on “Submit.” You will also have the option of paying with Zelle, if you wish.

Our 2026 3-Day Ski Event for Adults is a go!!
The 2026 SRSFL three-day cross-country ski event will be held in Truckee, CA Saturday, March 14, 2026–Monday March 16, 2026. Lodging will be at the Best Western Hotel in Truckee, CA. Skiing will be at Tahoe Donner Cross Country, Truckee, CA. The cost will be $350.00 (INCLUDES equipment rental) and $260.00 if you bring your own skis or snowshoes. These fees include 2 nights lodging (double occupancy) in Truckee, breakfasts and dinners, and trail passes for all three days. Note: Add $200 if you wish a private room. You are on your own for lunches in Truckee. Tahoe Donner has a lunch menu, which does include vegetarian items. For those coming from out of town to Sacramento, Friday, March 13, 2026, lodging will be at the Hyatt Place, 10744 Gold Center Dr, Rancho Cordova, CA 95670. Your cost will be $70 for a shared double room and $140 for single (includes continental breakfast). There is a small restaurant at the hotel that offers reasonable food for dinner. We will depart at 7:15 a.m. Saturday, March 14th from the Hyatt Place, Rancho Cordova for Tahoe Donner Cross Country. When making airline reservations please plan to arrive by 4:00 PM on Friday and depart after 6:00 PM on Monday.
TRIP FEES: Your 3 Day trip fees are due by the sign-up deadline Feb. 28, 2026. To receive a refund, cancel on or before Feb. 28, 2026. There will be NO refunds after this date. Note: Because of many generous donations to SRSFL, these fees are subsidized.
