Recent improvements in Adobe Reader have made fill-able forms much more accessible. The form should work with Adobe Reader XI (eleven) and the new Adobe Reader DC.  Older versions of Adobe Reader do not have all the features necessary to use this form. The latest version of Adobe Reader is Adobe Reader DC.  The link for downloading this version is  C.  Make sure the Skier Application form is downloaded and opened in Adobe Reader.  It will not work if it is opened in your web browser.

On some screen readers you may need to press ctrl-shift-a to access the ability to fill the form.  You should be able to tab through the form and fill it in. The exception is when you get to a set of choices such as vision (high partial-low partial-blind) you must use the arrow keys to key through choices. To save or email your filled-in form press the Alt key to activate the Adobe Reader menu through the keyboard. The first menu is the file menu. Use the down arrow key and key down to “send to” “save as” or “print” If you hit enter or “send to” you should get a message like this: “Save file as email attachment using desktop or web-based email.” If you choose this, you should be able to follow directions from here and email your filled-form. If you use a web-based email program, you do need to be logged into your email program. Adobe then saves a draft email with the form attached in your email program. You can then go to the draft and email it to anyone you wish.
