			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><a href="http://srsfl.org/wp-content/uploads/2011/11/SRSFL1.jpg"><img class="alignleft size-medium wp-image-350" title="SRSFL1" src="http://srsfl.org/wp-content/uploads/2011/11/SRSFL1-300x199.jpg" alt="Skiers and guides enjoying the snow at Tahoe Donner." width="300" height="199" /></a>The snow is here!  Get ready for a great 3 day event at Tahoe Donner Cross Country Center March 10th to 12th.  This is a message for guides:  This year a number of our beginner skiers have indicated they may want to go back and forth between skies and snowshoes over the 3 days.  None of these skiers will be fast on skies, so if your skiing is a little rusty don’t worry.   Please bring both skis and snowshoes,  if you are willing to guide on both.   If you are guiding on Saturday and not riding the bus, please arrive at Tahoe Donner Cross Country by 9:15 a.m.  The bus should arrive by 9:30 a.m.  <a href="http://srsfl.org/wp-content/uploads/2012/02/SRSFL-20th-Anniversary-Guide-News-2.pdf">SRSFL 20th Anniversary Guide Newsletter</a></p>
